We ship packages via USPS with delivery confirmation utilizing a variety of packing materials and padding. If you order a rare or expensive item, we usually ship it in a box. For less expensive items we use high quality padded envelopes or bubble mailers. Any order of 5 games or more will almost always ship out in a box. Game systems always ship in a box with plenty of padding to ensure safe delivery.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships out. Items typically ship within one to two business days depending on customer volume. Shipping insurance is included at no additional cost.
Shipping and handling costs are calculated by weight. You can view an estimate of the shipping and handling cost for your order in the shopping cart prior to finalizing your purchase. Final shipping costs will appear on the invoice you will see prior to confirming your order.
Depending on the games or items you purchase you may be able to add more items to your cart without increasing the total shipping cost. Total weight will include the shipping and packing materials, etc. (i.e. boxes & padding).
We ship only to US addresses at this time. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

We are very open and honest about our policies and will do our very best to work out any problems to your satisfaction.
All items are thoroughly tested prior to being listed in our store. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, you must
notify us of the problem by sending an email to:
sales@retrogamefan.com within 30 days of the purchase date. You must contact us before returning any product to us and we will attempt to resolve the issue via email first. If it is necessary to return the item, we will then email you an RMA number with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must receive the item in the exact condition that it was delivered to you. The item, serial numbers, condition etc. must match our records. The item must be proven as defective since items that are not defective are not covered under our warranty. If we deem that the item has been tampered with or a different item is returned in its place it is not covered under the warranty. Retro Game Fan will ship a replacement item, upon receipt and proof of the defective product, at our expense. If a replacement item is not in stock, a refund of the purchase price will then be given. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Factory sealed and/or new items that have been opened may only be exchanged for the same item if defective. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of management and are tracked to identify any buyers abusing the return policy.
