Q: How do avoid having to type in all of my address and payment info every time I shop on your website? A: During the checkout process create an account and password and keep it in a safe place. When you come back to shop again you simply sign in with your email and password.
Q: I have a bunch of old games or systems that I want to sell. Will Retro Game Fan buy them from me? A: If you have a lot of 10 items or more (video games and/or systems) we can give you a quote. Send us an email at: sales@retrogamefan.com with "buy my games" in the subject field. We will send you an email with the details we need from you to get the quote going. Along with the quote we even offer a shipping allowance to help cover your cost of getting the items to us! How many other video game stores offer that?

Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service information page and enter your order confirmation number. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping and handling costs? A: You can see an estimate of shipping and handling costs by viewing your cart after adding the items you would like to purchase.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: When I view an item in your store I see a "Condition" rating. How do you determine item condition? A: Retro Game Fan grades the products we sell according to a condition scale. Please view our Policies page for complete information on our strict condition grading.
Q: Are your games, systems and accessories new or used? A: We carry a variety of items in our store. Most items are used but occasionally we do carry new. If you look at the item description it will tell you if the item is new or pre-played.
Q: I received a defective item, what do I do? A: We do our absolute best to ensure this never happens. But, if it does we are here to help make things right. Please see our Policies page for complete details regarding returns.
Q: Are you guys gamers or are you just running a game store? A: We are game fanatics! First and foremost we do this out of our love for gaming. We have a vast product knowledge and have been intensely following the gaming industry for almost 20 years!
Q: I have a TurboGrafx-16 / Turbo Duo / Turbo Express, etc. but I am not sure about software compatablity, can you help? A: Check out the explanation below for help. Format Compatibility Descriptions for TurboGrafx-16 / Turbo Duo Products - TurboChip game: Works in the TurboGrafx-16, Turbo Duo, and Turbo Express, WILL NOT work in Japanese PC-Engine systems.
- Standard CD-ROM2 game: Works in the TurboGrafx CD w/ standard system card, Turbo Duo, PC-Engine CD-Rom, and PC-Engine Duo.
- Super CD-ROM2 game: Works in Turbo Duo, PC-Engine Duo, Turbo Grafx CD with Super System 3 card, PC-Engine Super CD-ROM attachment, and PC-Engine CD with Super System 3 card.
- Japanese Hu-Card game: Japanese Turbo Chip game. Requires Japanese converter to be used on American Turbo systems. Games may be in Japanese, converters do not translate the game text or language.
- Japanese Standard CD or Japanese Super CD game: Japanese versions of the US Standard CD and Super CD Turbo formats (see above). Will work on American systems, no conversion or modifications necessary. However, games may be in Japanese.
- Arcade Card CD-ROM game: Works in Turbo Grafx CD with Arcade Card Pro, Turbo Duo with Arcade Card Duo, PC-Engine CD with Arcade Card Pro, and with PC-Engine Duo with Arcade Card Duo.
